Лезу в карман за деньгами, и чувствую что-то неладное… буфетчица (где-то я ее видела) смотрит вопросительно… И тут я замечаю, что у меня нет ни денег, ни кармана. Да и одежда вообще отсутствует – ничего, кроме лыж… рука скользит по обнаженному телу!
«Холодная Земля. Северные рассказы» – так называется моя выставка во Владивостоке. Инсталляция включает в себя небольшие объекты и скульптуры – целую коллекцию воспоминаний и снов о Сибири, где прошли мои детство и юность. Каждая скульптура или объект стоит на вагонном столике, прикрепленном к стене выставочного зала. Фоном для северных снов служат бесконечные снежные поля, проплывающие за окном поезда – они написаны краской на стене. Вся инсталляция представляют собой одно и то же купе, но в разные моменты времени: так по ходу движения поезда приходят новые и новые сны.
ХОЛОДНАЯ ЗЕМЛЯ открылась 16 декабря 2017 г. во Владивостоке при содействии Центра современного искусства «Заря» в рамках арт-резиденции, и продлится до 14 января 2018.

I dip my hand into my pocket for money and feel something’s not right… the barmaid (I’d seen her somewhere before) shoots me a look… And suddenly I realize that I don’t have any money, or, for that matter, even a pocket. In fact, I’m not wearing any clothes at all – nothing but a ski… My hand just slides along my naked body!
«Cold Land. Northern Tales», is the name of my exhibition on display from December 16 through Jenuary 14, 2018 in Vladivstok’s Zarya Contemporary Art Center. Striking in its format, the exhibition consists of an installation of an entire collection of small objects and sculptures, tokens of my memories and dreams of Siberia, where I spent my childhood and adolescence.
Each sculpture or object is presented on the kind of tray tables found on long-distance trains, which are attached at intervals along the walls. These dreams of the North are set against a backdrop of endless, snow-covered fields, drifting by the train windows via wall paintings. This gives the viewer the sense that what they are experiencing is the same train compartment, captured at various stages of a journey: as the train pushes on, it brings with it new objects and fresh dreams.
COLD EARTH was opened on December 16, 2017 in Vladivostok with the assistance of the Center for Contemporary Art “Zarya” within the art-residence, and lasted until January 14, 2018.
